1. Cleaning parts: First, thoroughly clean the liquid medicine barrel, hose, spray rod and other parts, paying special attention to removing the grease on the pump and the dirt in the concave part of the bottom of the liquid medicine barrel.
2. Neutralizing pesticide residues: Since most pesticides have a certain corrosive effect on Nebulizer, it should be washed with alkaline water in time after it is stopped, and then rinsed with clean water. Especially after spraying Bordeaux liquid and other highly corrosive pesticides, it is best to soak it in alkaline water for 1-2 hours.
3. Prevent rust: For removable parts, they should be removed and cleaned. The inner tube wall of the spray rod and nozzle should be rinsed with engine oil to prevent moisture and rust.
4. Inspection and repair: Check each part in detail. All parts that are fixed with screws or places that are often worn should be coated with glycerin. If damaged parts are found, they should be repaired in time.
5. Correct storage: After completing the above inspection, wrap small parts with paper and put them in the liquid storage cylinder to avoid accidental loss. The entire Nebulizer should be hung in a dry and ventilated warehouse. It should not be placed in a dark and damp corner, let alone stored in the open air.
6. Oiling of metal parts: If it is not used for a long time, each metal part should be coated with butter to prevent rust.
7. Rubber parts treatment: For rubber parts, first wash and dry them with alkaline water and hot water, and store them in a cool and dry place. Do not apply oil, because rubber parts are prone to aging and cracking after oiling, shortening the service life.
8. Special maintenance of electric Nebulizer: If the Nebulizer is not used, the battery must be fully charged and placed in a cool and dry place, and recharged once every one or two months. If the battery storage time becomes shorter, distilled water should be added in time.
