1. Clean the liquid medicine barrel, hose, spray rod and other parts: After use, first clean the liquid medicine barrel, hose, spray rod and other parts, and pay special attention to removing the grease on the air pump and the dirt in the concave part of the bottom of the liquid medicine barrel.
2. Remove residual liquid medicine: Pour out the residual liquid medicine in the barrel in time, wash it with clean water and drain it, and release the accumulated water in the air chamber.
3. Use alkaline water to wash: Because most pesticides have a certain corrosive effect on the sprayer, it should be washed with alkaline water in time after stopping use, and then rinsed with clean water. Especially after spraying highly corrosive pesticides such as Bordeaux mixture, it is best to soak it in alkaline water for 1-2 hours.
4. Prevent rust: All removable parts should be removed and cleaned. The inner tube wall of the spray rod and nozzle should be rinsed with engine oil to prevent moisture and rust.
5. Inspection and maintenance: Check each component in detail. All parts that are fixed with screws or are often worn should be coated with glycerin. If any damaged parts are found, they should be repaired in time.
6. Storage: After completing the above inspection, wrap the small parts with paper and put them in the liquid storage cylinder to avoid accidental loss. The entire sprayer should be hung in a dry and ventilated warehouse. It should not be placed in a dark and damp corner, let alone stored in the open air.
7. Special maintenance of electric sprayers: After using the electric sprayer, the medicine box should be cleaned with clean water immediately, and 300-500ml of clean water should be sprayed to ensure that the medicine box and medicine path are clean. When cleaning the machine, it is strictly forbidden to splash water on other parts of the machine, and key parts such as the pressure chamber and battery should be kept dry.
8. Battery maintenance: If the electric sprayer is not used for a long time, the battery should be fully charged and placed in a ventilated and dry place. It should be charged once every month for 1-2 hours.
