Proper Sprayer Usage
1. Pre-Use Inspection
Check the sprayer for tightness (shake the lever to test pressure and observe for leaks), ensure the nozzle is not clogged, and that all connections are intact.
Dilute the spray solution according to the instructions and filter it through a strainer to prevent clogging of the nozzle.
2. Operating Instructions
Fill the container no more than 3/4 full, leaving room for expansion. Wear protective equipment such as gloves and a mask when applying.
Keep the sprayer 30-40 cm away from the crop. Use a zigzag motion to ensure even coverage and avoid double spraying that can cause damage.
Avoid using the sprayer in strong winds or rain to prevent the spray solution from drifting or diluting.

1. Daily Cleaning
After daily operation, pour out any remaining liquid and rinse the spray barrel and pipes three times with clean water, focusing on cleaning the filter and spray holes.
Sprayers that have been used to spray herbicides require a thorough cleaning: soak in a neutral detergent and then scrub to avoid residual corrosion.
2. Long-Term Storage
Store in a cool, dry place after drying. Apply talcum powder to rubber parts to prevent aging.
Soak vulnerable parts such as the cup in engine oil to prevent dryness and sulfidation.
3. Regular Inspections
Check the tightness of high-pressure lines and valves, and replace any worn parts promptly.
Change the engine oil after 100 cumulative hours of operation, and clean the hydraulic system after 500 hours.
Common Problem Solving
Clogged nozzle: Remove and rinse with clean water or unclog with a fine needle. Replace the nozzle if the problem is severe.
