Data analysis: Calculate the average of the mercury sphygmomanometer measurement results, and then compare each measurement result of the electronic sphygmomanometer with the average. If the difference between the measurement result of the electronic sphygmomanometer and the average value of the mercury column sphygmomanometer is within ±5mmHg, the measurement result of the electronic sphygmomanometer can be considered accurate; if the difference exceeds ±5mmHg, the electronic sphygmomanometer may need further inspection or calibration.
2. Calibration using professional calibration equipment:
Find a professional organization: You can contact the local metrology department, medical device testing organization or some professional calibration service providers to find out whether they provide calibration services for electronic sphygmomanometers and the relevant charging standards and procedures.
Send to school or on-site calibration: According to the requirements of the professional organization, send the electronic sphygmomanometer to the designated location for calibration, or make an appointment with professionals to calibrate on-site. During the calibration process, professionals will use special calibration equipment and methods to test and adjust the electronic sphygmomanometer to ensure its measurement accuracy.
Get a calibration report: After the calibration is completed, the professional organization will provide a calibration report containing information such as the calibration results, calibration date, and validity period. Keep the calibration report properly for future reference when needed.
