2. Prepare tools: Prepare tools that may be needed according to the design of the battery compartment of the sphygmomanometer, such as a small screwdriver, etc.
3. Find the battery compartment: The battery compartment is usually located on the side, back or bottom of the sphygmomanometer. Carefully observe the sphygmomanometer shell and look for areas with battery logos or openable covers.
4. Open the battery compartment: If the battery compartment is fixed with screws, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws; if it is a snap-on design, carefully pry open the battery compartment cover with your fingernails or a small tool. Be careful to operate gently to avoid damaging the sphygmomanometer shell.
5. Remove the old battery: After opening the battery compartment, you can see the battery. Gently remove the old battery in the opposite direction of the battery installation. If the battery is tight, you can use tweezers or a small tool to carefully remove it, but be careful not to scratch the inside of the battery compartment.
6. Replace the new battery: Put the new battery into the battery compartment in the correct positive and negative direction. Generally, there will be "+" and "-" signs in the battery compartment to indicate the positive and negative poles. Make sure the battery is firmly installed and will not shake.
7. Close the battery compartment: Align the battery compartment cover and gently close it. If it is fixed with screws, tighten the screws with a screwdriver; if it is a snap-on type, press it to make it snap.
8. Check the blood pressure monitor: After replacing the battery, turn on the blood pressure monitor and check whether all functions are normal, such as whether the display is lit and whether the measurement function is available.
