Aneroid Sphygmomanometer with Stethoscope is a medical device used to measure blood pressure and is commonly used in medical settings such as clinics, hospitals, and home care. It consists of an aneroid sphygmomanometer (a blood pressure cuff) and a stethoscope for listening to the sound of blood flow during the measurement.

How it Works
Use cuff: Circle the cuff of the blood pressure gauge around the upper arm and inflate it with a balloon. The cuff is inflated until blood flow to the brachial artery (the main artery of the arm) is cut off.
Deflate: Slowly rotate the valve to release air in the cuff. When the cuff is deflated, the medical staff listen to the Ke's voice with a stethoscope.
Systolic Pressure Reading: The first sound you hear when blood starts to flow again corresponds to systolic Pressure, i.e. the pressure in the artery when the heart contracts and pumps blood.
Diastolic Pressure Reading: The point where the sound disappears marks diastolic Pressure, which is the pressure in the artery when the heart is resting between two heartbeats.
Component Details
Cuff: The cuffs are of various sizes. To ensure accurate readings, the cuffs should match the patient's arm size.
Pressure gauge (pressure gauge): Hydraulic pressure gauge is usually in millimeters of mercury (mmHg).
Balloon: Use your hand to squeeze the balloon to inflate the cuff.
Valve: The valve controls the rate of exhaust gas on the cuff, allowing medical staff to deflate slowly and stably.
Stethoscope: A high-quality stethoscope is essential for accurate listening to the kosher sound. Diaphragms are usually used for high-frequency sounds, while bell-shaped portions are used for low-frequency sounds.
Advantage
1. Portability: These sphygmomanometers are compact and easy to carry and are ideal for use in a variety of medical environments, including home care or field work.
2. Mercury-free: There is no risk of mercury leakage or exposure on the blood pressure monitor.
3. Cost-effective: A blood-free sphygmomanometer is usually more affordable than a mercury sphygmomanometer, making it suitable for a wider range of medical professionals and environments.
4. Easily Use: The bloodless sphygmomanometer is designed for easy calibration and maintenance, and the dial is usually easy to read.
Maintenance and Maintenance
1. Regular calibration: The blood pressure meter should be calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy. This can be done by professionals.
2. Correct cleaning: After each use, please clean the earpiece and chest of the stethoscope to prevent contamination. The cuff should also be wiped with a disinfectant cloth.
3. Check for air leakage: Make sure the cuff is not leaking as this will cause inaccurate readings.
4. Storage: Store the blood pressure gauge in a dry and clean place. Avoid dropping of hydraulic pressure gauge, as this can damage internal mechanical devices.
