1. Power On: Press the power button. After hearing a beep, the last measurement value (if applicable) will be displayed.

2. Select Measurement Site:

Oral: Place the probe under the tongue, close your mouth and breathe through your nose for approximately 20-30 seconds.

Axillary: Dry your armpit, place the probe under your armpit and hold your arm close for approximately 30-60 seconds.

Rectal: Apply a small amount of lubricant and gently insert the probe about 1 cm for approximately 10-20 seconds.

3. Read Results: After hearing a beep, remove the probe and check the reading on the display.

4. Power Off: Press the power button to turn off, or wait for automatic power-off.

Avoid eating, drinking, or exercising before measurement to avoid affecting accuracy.

Do not bite the probe with your teeth during oral measurements.

Clean and disinfect promptly after use to maintain hygiene.

Replace batteries regularly to ensure accurate measurements.

Keep batteries out of reach of children.
