1. Prepare for Measurement:
Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring.
Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, about 2–3 cm above your elbow. Ensure it fits snugly but not too tight.

2. Start Measurement:
Press the ""Start"" button. The cuff will inflate automatically.
Remain still and quiet during the measurement. Do not move your arm or talk.

3. Read Results:
Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate automatically.
Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed clearly on the LCD screen.
Results can be stored in the memory for later review.

4. Power Off & Storage:
The device will automatically turn off after a short period, or you can manually power it down.
Store in a dry place within the operating temperature range of -20℃ to 55℃ and humidity of 15%–80%.
 

Measurement Precautions:

Measurement Time: It is recommended to measure at the same time every day. Avoid measuring immediately after activity, eating, or smoking.

Measurement Interval: Allow 1-1.5 minutes between consecutive measurements to allow blood circulation in the arm to recover.

Correct Posture: Measure while seated, with your arm at the same level as your heart.

Contraindications:
Patients with severe hypertension, arteriosclerosis, or diabetes should consult a doctor.
Newborns, pregnant women, or patients with preeclampsia are prohibited from using this method.
Do not measure on the arm with wounds, arteriovenous fistulas, or on the arm from which a mastectomy was performed.
