Features

1. High-precision measurement: using advanced measurement technology to ensure the accuracy and reliability of each measurement result.
2. Fully automatic measurement: one-button operation, convenient and fast, suitable for home use.
3. Memory function: capable of storing multiple sets of measurement data, convenient for users to track blood pressure changes.
4. Multiple functions: support measuring heart rate, atrial fibrillation and other health indicators.
5. Portability: lightweight design, easy to carry and use.
6. Waterproof design: suitable for use in humid environments.

How to measure

1. Preparation: Sit in a comfortable chair with your back supported and your feet flat on the floor. Rest for at least 5 minutes before measuring. Make sure your arm is supported at heart height and remove any tight clothing around your upper arm.
2. Place the cuff: Wrap the blood pressure cuff around your upper arm, about 1 - 2 cm above your elbow. The cuff should fit snugly but not too tight.
3. Take the measurement: Follow the instructions on the digital blood pressure monitor to start measuring. If using a manual blood pressure monitor, inflate the cuff to a pressure above your expected systolic pressure, then slowly release the pressure while listening to the sound of blood flow through a stethoscope. Record the systolic (upper number) and diastolic (lower number) readings.
4. Repeat: For accurate results, it is recommended to take two to three measurements, waiting at least 1 minute between each measurement. Use the average of these readings as your blood pressure value.

Precautions

1. Measurement range and accuracy
The measurement range of the electronic sphygmomanometer is systolic pressure 60-230MMHG, diastolic pressure 40-130MMHG, and pulse rate/minute 40-180 times. In terms of accuracy, the error of general blood pressure measurement is between ±3-5mmHg, and the error of pulse measurement is within ±5%, which meets the standard requirements of relevant medical devices. However, the actual accuracy may be affected by various factors such as the use environment and operation method.
2. Regular calibration and inspection of equipment
During use, the electronic sphygmomanometer should be calibrated regularly. It is generally recommended to calibrate 1-2 times a year. At the same time, avoid using it in an overly cold, overheated, or humid environment, because factors such as ambient temperature may affect the measurement accuracy. If the sphygmomanometer fails, such as obvious abnormal measurement results, abnormal display screen, etc., it should be stopped and repaired or replaced.
3. Precautions for special populations
Patients with arrhythmia: For patients with arrhythmia (such as atrial fibrillation), the measurement results of the electronic sphygmomanometer may be biased. Due to the irregular pulse of such patients, the accurate judgment of blood pressure may be affected.
Children and pregnant women: Children's blood pressure monitors should choose cuffs that fit the size of the child's arm. Pregnant women should also pay attention to the comfort of the posture when measuring blood pressure, and due to physiological changes during pregnancy, blood pressure may need to be measured more frequently and pay attention to changes in blood pressure.
