This monitor is equipped with intelligent features for everyday health management. It can store up to 90 readings for two separate users, making it ideal for couples or individuals who wish to track their trends over time. The large, clear LCD screen displays readings clearly, and an optional English voice feature can announce the results for added convenience. Powered by rechargeable USB or batteries, the MC-BP808 is portable and features an automatic shut-off to conserve power. It includes a standard-sized cuff (fits arms 22-32 cm) and is CE/ISO certified, ensuring it meets strict safety and performance standards.

1. Prepare: Sit comfortably in a quiet chair with your feet flat on the floor. Rest for 5 minutes before measuring. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, positioning the bottom edge about 2-3 cm above your elbow. Ensure the tube runs down the inside of your arm.
2. Position: Make sure the cuff is snug but not too tight. Your arm should be relaxed and supported on a table, with the cuff at the same level as your heart.
3. Measure: Press the "Start" button. The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
4. Read Results: The cuff will slowly deflate. Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed clearly on the large LCD screen. If the voice feature is enabled, the results will also be announced.
5. Automatic Memory: The device will automatically store the reading in the memory for the current user, allowing you to track your history easily.
6. Power Down: The monitor will automatically turn off after a short period, preserving battery life. To review past readings, use the "Memory" button.
