Flexible resilient rubber bulb bounces back completely and resists permanent deformation. Internal spring valve ensures gradual air exhaust for accurate stethoscope blood pressure detection.

1. Wrap the cuff 2–3 cm above the elbow joint, keep the cuff at the same horizontal height as the heart
2. Place the stethoscope head on the brachial artery inside the elbow fossa
3. Squeeze the inflatable ball to pressurize slowly, stop pumping when pressure is 20–30 mmHg higher than estimated systolic pressure
4. Gradually loosen the deflation valve to release air slowly, record the pressure value at the first clear heartbeat sound (systolic pressure) and the moment the sound disappears (diastolic pressure)
5. Clean the cuff surface regularly and store in a dry place to avoid damp air bag deterioration

1. Operation Training: Proper inflation and deflation speeds and auscultation techniques are required. First-time users are advised to learn under the guidance of a professional.

2. Regular Calibration: It is recommended to calibrate the pressure gauge every 12 months to ensure the pointer returns to zero and the measurement is accurate throughout the entire range.

3. Cuff Size: Choose a cuff that fits the arm circumference. A cuff that is too tight or too loose will affect the reading.

4. Measurement Posture: Sit with back support, feet flat on the ground, and the cuff at the same level as the heart.

5. Hearing Requirements: The user must be able to clearly distinguish changes in Korotkoff sounds. Use is not recommended for those with severe hearing loss.
